This vehicle had been vandalized--glue had been dumped on the area in question.  The customer had cleaned off the area as best they could.  Then they called me.  The clear coat was highly damaged.  I used various methods of high speed polishing and then blended the area around the scratching.  You can see the results.  The customer was extremely happy and after damage was removed, the paint no longer was susceptible to further decay over time.

This a 1973 BMW that had really old single stage (no clear coat) paint job. The paint had huge amounts of oxide build-up and just general degradation. I simply did what I always do when someone orders a presidents package. I did a shampoo, power wash, clayed the vehicle, and did a high speed polish and paint sealant. The beauty of these photo's is that nothing is doctored in the photo process or anywhere else. There is nothing deceptive. I just took photos before and after. The striking difference is more pronounced because of age and general degradation--as opposed to a newer car. But the general principles are the same and the difference is almost always striking when I do a Presidents package. There is no slight of hand. Paint is absolutely improved in all cases--as well as protected for future. Oxides and other build-up from the atmosphere are removed that have baked into the paint, small scratches and scuff mark often disapear completely. luster is brought back--often in dramatic ways.
